Development of Bielomatik packing interface version 1 (Award Winning Project)

Designed and implemented a book stacking unit for the Bielomatik machine (Book Manufacturing Machine). It can mix and stack books according to the required quantity. It is installed between the Bielomatic machine and the polythene sealing machine. 

The main actuators were the induction motors and pneumatic cylinders. Machine Production Rate - 10000 CR books per Hour.
